Ian is a Chicago based editor and videographer with a background in Film & Television from DePaul University. His work spans broadcast, digital, and long-form content, with experience editing music videos, interviews, and television segments for Urban Grind TV. His credits there include the solo-edited documentary Ismael Rosa: Salsa Never Dies. He also creates weekly YouTube content for N’DIGO’s, KickBackCHI, and has contributed to projects for SIRDANNYFARBER and UNDERRATED in Los Angeles, including social reels, trailer edits, and feature-film captioning.
Beyond client and broadcast work, Ian continues to develop his own creative projects. He wrote and directed Bomb in My Food, edited and gaffed A Ring for Sonya, and has worked on fast-paced 48-hour film productions. His experience also includes time on a professional film set as an extra in the Hallmark holiday film Once Upon a Christmas Wish alongside Mario Lopez.
His work reflects a focus on strong storytelling, clean visual execution, and a willingness to take on different roles throughout the production process.
